Is winter getting you down? Are you itching to get back out on the green? Sunnidell Golf and Learning Centre is now offering virtual golf! It’s the perfect way to get back into the “swing” of things, and work on your game in the winter months. Not only is Sunnidell Golf offering the opportunity to golf year round, but the club features Foot Golf (a combination of Soccer and Golf), plus fun Junior Golf camps in the summer! Check out these fun offerings once the weather starts to warm up, and for now, try a round of golf indoors!
Virtual Golf
Sunnidell Golf and Learning Centre feature two State of the Art golf stimulators, allowing golfers to hit the links throughout the winter. The simulator’s dual infrared ball tracking system that revolutionizes the way golf simulators are measured, and players can choose from over 50 international courses. Ion2 Vision Technology gives you club head speed, club face angle, and club path information with intuitive on-screen illustrations of your club, so you can improve your swing.
Virtual Golf cost: $30.00 for one hour or 18 holes, $20.00 for 9 holes or half an hour
FootGolf
What’s FootGolf you may ask? Well it’s a combination of soccer and golf! Sunnidell Gold is excited to be the first to introduce Foot Golf to Eastern Ontario, and is 1 of 25 courses in Canada! FootGolf is played with a regulation #5 soccer ball, and rules are quite similar to those of golf. Sunnidell Golf offers challenging course layout of 18 holes set apart from the regular greens. Have fun while being physically active in this combo sport, of two popular sports!
Junior Camps
Sunnidell Golf is offering Junior Summer Camps this year, in partnership with Chris Veltcamp! The perfect camp awaits your child, no matter their age or ability. Your child will learn the game and develop their skills in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.
