SOS Under Water Live Stream

Saturday June 15th - Aquatarium SOS Underwater live stream

Check out Brockville’s Aquatarium this weekend for an incredible and unique experience. Save Ontario Shipwrecks (SOS) 1000 Islands is adding a new sculpture to the Brockville Under Water Sculpture Park, and for the firs time, it will be live on camera and streamed to the Lighthouse Theatre in the Aquatarium! If all goes to plan, the guests at the Aquatarium will be able to ask the diver questions while they are at the bottom of the St. Lawrence River. This event is included in admission to the Aquatarium and will be first come, first serve.

Fairies In the Park 2019

It’s time to indulge in your enchanted side! The 8th annual Fairies In the Park festival will take place at St.Lawrence Park on Saturday, June 15th. The event has free admission, and there will be lots of family-friendly events and activities to enjoy. Look forward to story telling, face painting, DIY photo shoots, yoga, arts and crafts, live performances and so much more! Dress up as your favourite mythical creatures – wings, tutus and fantasy apparel are encouraged!

National Indigenous People’s Day Celebration

Did you know that Friday, June 21st is National Indigenous People’s Day? To celebrate, Thousand Islands National Park’s Landon Bay location will be celebrating the day with a family-friendly event. Learn more about Canada’s Indigenous cultures in the 1000 Island region – the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee and the Anishinaabe people. You can enjoy cultural presentations, story telling, airbrush tattoos, crafts, exhibits, and even a traditional, interactive “social” dance from 1:00-2:00pm!

Cost: Parking fee is $6.80 per vehicle. This fee includes all event activities as well as access to hiking trails at Landon Bay, Jones Creek and Mallorytown Landing
