Contact Us Year Round
Representatives at our Tourism Office are here to help you plan your stay year round; contact us for information and assistance. Open 7 days/week from Victoria Day to Labour Day, and Monday to Friday the rest of the year, we are here to help you make the most of your visit.
Centrally located on the Canada/USA border between two international bridges, Brockville can be reached easily by car, boat, or train. On the St. Lawrence River between Toronto and Montreal, and only one hour south of Ottawa, Brockville is perfect place to create your 1000 Islands getaway.
You can find us at our year round location (main office) in downtown Brockville on Market Street West, just off of King Street in a grey house with bright yellow shutters. In the summer months the Brockville Farmers’ Market is right outside our door on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings. We would love to have you drop by, ask questions, and tell us where you are traveling from.
Contact us, or stop by and see us at:

In the Summer
In the summer months we also operate a satellite office down at the waterfront on Blockhouse Island Parkway. Right next to the municipal harbour and the 1000 Islands & Seaway Cruise Office, let us be your first stop if you are arriving by boat or about to head out on a cruise. Our friendly, trained staff can help you with information on other fun activities to do, where to stop for lunch, and where you can spend the night. We also have a gift shop on site if you are looking for any souvenirs of your stay, or even if you just need to replace your lost sunscreen.
Give us a call year round for assistance at 613-342-4357 or toll free at 1-888-251-7676, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
