Annual Festivals and Events

In Brockville and the Surrounding Region

Brockville is the site of many annual waterfront festivals and events. With something happening year round, Brockville events help make this city a great place to visit for families and individuals.

If you enjoy food festivals, the Brockville Multicultural Festival, the 1000 Islands Wine & Food Festival, and Brockville Ribfest are sure to satisfy your taste buds. If you’d prefer to check out high speed watercraft, the 1000 Islands Hydroplane Regatta and the 1000 Islands Poker Run are not to be missed. If you prefer events where you can explore, Doors Open, Hidden Gardens of Brockville, Art in the City, and the Refugee Island Breakfast take you to hidden gems in Brockville and beyond.

Brockville is becoming known as a destination to see Tall Ships. Following the success of the Tall Ships Festival in Brockville in June 2013, where 10 ships called Brockville home for a weekend, Brockville has been hosting Tall Ships and other vessels ever since. In 2016 Brockville will once again be part of the Tall Ships America Tour with many ships to be on view in September at this waterfront festival. This Brockville event is a local favourite that also brings in many visitors from outside of the area.

You can find an up to date list of Brockville events on our Events Calendar which will help you plan your stay in Brockville, including more detailed information along with dates and times.
