5th Annual Ride the River

The Brockville & District Hospital Foundation along with the Ride the River Committee is absolutely thrilled to invite you to be part of the 5th Annual Ride the River – our community’s premier cycling fundraiser – taking place Sunday, June 8, 2025, along the stunning 1000 Islands Parkway.

This incredible event was created in memory of Dr. Smylie, honouring his legacy and long-standing contributions to healthcare at Brockville General Hospital. Every year, Ride the River brings together riders, supporters, and local champions to make a lasting impact on patient care.

For 2025, every dollar raised will go directly toward enhancing colorectal cancer care at Brockville General Hospital. With your support, we can upgrade essential equipment, improve facilities, and ensure that every patient receives the best possible care – right here, close to home.
