BrockFit: CrossFit Licensed Event

BrockFit is a CrossFit team event. Teams of two, will compete amongst each other in a variety of workouts and tests.
Athletes from across Ontario will compete in this 1 day event.

There will also be vendors on hand selling, supplements, apparel and fitness equipment.
