📍St. Lawrence Park, Brockville, ON
🕣 Saturday, May 24., 10am – 12pm

A slow, sensory-rich nature walk by the river to help you reconnect—with yourself, the land, and the calming rhythm of water. Inspired by Blue Mind theory, this experience invites you to gently unwind, notice the beauty around you, and let the St. Lawrence hold you in its embrace.

Through guided forest bathing, you’ll explore your senses, slow your thoughts, and feel supported, whether you’re navigating pregnancy, grief, change, or just need a reset.

Expect accessible terrain, quiet moments of reflection, and supportive community space. No need to be a hiker or outdoorsy type, just come as you are.

Includes:
✨ A handcrafted drink from Anthophile Café
🧀 A seasonal snack
🥗 Option to stay for lunch on the patio afterward

Led by Certified Forest Bathing Guide Cherianne Cybulskie, a community herbalist, outdoor educator, and expecting mama, who believes in the power of nature to soothe, shift, and support.

What is Forest Bathing?
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is the art of immersing yourself in nature through all your senses. It’s not about fitness or distance, it’s about slowing down, being present, and letting the forest support you physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Duration: Each walk is approximately 2 hours, including time for quiet reflection and closing tea/snack.

These walks are accessible and beginner-friendly, with no hiking experience required. We move at a gentle pace with regular pauses and opportunities to rest.

What to Bring:

– Water bottle
– Closed toe shoes or boots
– Weather-appropriate layers (hat, rain gear, etc.)
– Sunscreen and bug spray
– Something comfortable to sit on: yoga mat, blanket, or camp chair. At times you may be invited to sit on the ground (completely optional!)
– An open heart and willingness to unplug

☔ Walks take place in light rain but may be rescheduled in the event of a downpour.
