Heritage Elizabethtown- Kitley invites you to join us for the Ontario Heritage Conference in 2022. We are excited about the return of this event and the chance to network and learn in the beautiful Leeds and Grenville County.
Many know the breathtaking work of Charles T. Low and the opportunity has presented to join a limited time opportunity made available by the Ontario Heritage Conference while in town June 16-18th.
About the photography tour: Participants will be guided to a few great landscapes and architectural sites with an intention to encourage a deeper seeing at each. Participants may request tutelage, as we go along, or simply enjoy each location. Charles will try to accommodate photographers’ special requests that they may indicate at the time of their registration.
The tour takes place in the core of Brockville and is designed to be walkable. However, if you prefer to drive, you will be responsible for your own transportation. A route map and timed stops will be provided; although strict adherence to the timing is not required. Participants are free to spend more time at the stops or points of interest along the route and rejoin the group later. A box lunch will be provided.
Please indicate any special dietary requirements with your registration for this event. Friday, June 17 or Saturday, June 18 from 10 am to 3 pm. The cost of the tour is $100 per person (plus HST)
????????Cooking Class ????
Learn at the newly renovated From the Farm Cooking School, Maison Maitland. Friday, June 17 from 10 am to 2 pm. Cost is $160 per person (plus HST) and the maximum number of participants for this class is 10.
The hands-on cooking class will be conducted in a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen. Cooking in teams of 2, you will prepare under instruction, a three-course French-inspired meal.
Following your cooking class, lunch will be enjoyed together around the dining table or courtyard (weather permitting), with a complimentary sampling of local wines and drinks.
