Canada Day Celebrations
Family fun, live entertainment, and so much more
The City of Brockville’s annual Canada Day celebration takes place each year on July 1 and this year will feature a wide range of family-friendly activities for residents and visitors alike.
- 11:45am: Parade from City Hall to Hardy Park
- 12:00pm: Canada Day Ceremony at Hardy Park
- 12:15pm-4:00pm: Live music, entertainment, food & drink, family activites, and so much more at Hardy Park
- 9:45pm: Fireworks off Blockhouse Island
The event is proudly organized by Brockville Tourism and the City of Brockville in collaboration with dedicated community volunteers.
Activities & Performances
This fun-filled afternoon at Hardy Park will be jam-packed with fun and activities for all ages. Here’s what you can expect. All activities listed below are FREE!
- Boat rides through the islands with DIVE Brockville Adventure Centre
- Face Painting with Magic Moments
- C&M Ranch Petting Zoo
- Princesses from The Fairytale Loft
- Inflatable Games from WhipIt
- Kids Zone Performance Tent featuring: Magician Chris Pilsworth, Dancing with Diego and more
- Live music at the Gazebo featuring: I Am Kentucky and Ryan King

Food & Drink
Free cupcakes and pizza will be available immediately following the official ceremonies while supplies last.
In addition, 1000 Islands Brewery will be set up on site serving up local beer, along with a food truck offering items for purchase.
