We are thrilled you’d like to host your event in our incredible city! Brockville Tourism is happy to assist you with anything you need to get the ball rolling. To start the event booking process, the City of Brockville requires the submission of a completed Outdoor Facility Use Application to use any of the City’s Parks locations for an event*. We are here to help you with that!

Helpful information for your event application:

• Did you know that you can purchase 3rd party liability insurance at a small fee from the city directly if you don’t already have it? There is no charge to use the event spaces but the officials do require this Insurance. This info is located on page 2 and 3 of the application.
• The more specific information in the Event Details section on Page 1 the better! Feel free to use additional pages, if necessary.
• They will require a Site Layout diagram. Please reach out to us for the specific diagram for the location of your choosing. For reference, please see “Site Layout Diagram Example” below. Hand drawn sketch or screen captures from Google maps will also be accepted.
• Once the City of Brockville has everything sorted they will send an “Acceptance” document by e-mail which will include additional directions/conditions to be followed.
  
  • To make it really easy for you, this application can be completed, signed and sent back on your computer using “Fill & Sign” under the Tools menu within Adobe Acrobat Reader.

*Please note: Due to all events being subject to both Provincial and local Health Unit Guidelines, modifications and/or rescheduling of an event may be required unexpectedly.
