Visitor Information Centre

We’re Here to Help

Located in the heart of downtown behind our historic City Hall building, the Visitor Information Centre is a welcoming space ready to assist visitors to Brockville and residents of the community. If you are planning a trip to Brockville, visiting for the day, or a local from the area, we are here to help!

Start Your Journey

Our friendly and informative team is here to assist, answer questions and provide recommendations on things to do, tours and experiences, shows and events, places to stay, where to eat and drink, shopping, parking and directions, and so much more!
